Floxin + Levaquin
Posted on 25 February 2000
I live in Florida and I am 47 years old. I took Floxins about 5 years ago and did not know the drugs were making me sicker. I was also prescribed Leviquin 2x without realizing it as well. Now we know what all these side effects are from. I had a problem with my stomach, ulcers, pancreatitis from the drugs, liver malfunction, blood in my urine, tendonitis, burning in my legs, arms and feel raw in my stomach. I am absolutely in pain constantly and I cannot get over it. I have taken all kinds of drugs to get over this and vitamins etc and cannot get any relief. I ache and have pain from the morning till the night. It never stops and when I do go to sleep if I get up it is still there. The only time I remember any relief was 7 days since 1993 when I took a liver and intestinal cleanser and was taking aloe vero juice. I never take any natural med's but I tried this and it worked for 7 days and then the pain came back and never left. I have been to Doctor's who know it was from drugs and they cannot do anything for it. I don't know what else to do. I think we should ask the FDA what we should do for ADR. What do you think? What symptoms do you have? I have to go now. I will talk to you later. Lorayne
