Concomitant acute interstitial nephritis (AIN) and autoimmune haemolytic anaemia associated with ciprofloxacin.  Patient developed end-stage renal disease and remained dependent on dialysis after discharge. The acute interstitial nephritis(AIN) was irreversible.
