To download either of these file types to your computer you right click on the link to the file.  You will see a popup similar to this:

                                 

Left Click on "Save Target As..."

The Window's "Save As" prompt then appears which will allow you to save the file selected in a particular directory as well as allow you to rename the file.  We suggest that you create a separate folder on your computer and put all the files you download from this site into that folder for easy reference in the future.
